5dimes>Screen Scraping

This morning I went to log on to my account and I couldn't. Said invalid username or password. So I had to jump into "live chat" and ask what was up. The agent transferred me to Tony, and he asked if I was using some automated software to refresh the lines. Which I'm not. So he reactivated me so I can log on. He was actually nice, wasn't a dick like most say. :laugh:

Maybe I hit refresh button to many times the other day, I don't know. Didn't think there was any problem. I guess it was one to many.
